Founded in 1979, Oxley Christian College is widely recognised for excellence of teaching and the outstanding academic performance of its Year 12 students, of whom the majority gain entry each year into the university programs of their choice.
At the heart of the Oxley experience are Christian perspectives and values which underpin all aspects of the college program. Every member of the highly qualified teaching staff is committed to the Christian ethos. The college seeks also to identify and nurture the individual student’s talents, which are valued, cherished and encouraged as special, God-given gifts.

Set in 70 acres of beautiful grounds at Chirnside Park, Oxley has impressive facilities including a state of the art Early Learning Centre (18-week-old babies to school entry age) with well-equipped and air conditioned Junior School, Middle Years and Senior School classrooms. Specialist facilities include the Senior Science Complex, Performing Arts Centre and theatre, Visual Arts and Design Centre, Library Resource Centre, Food Technology Complex, Education Support Centre and information technology laboratories. The Oxley Stadium accommodates five competition-sized basketball courts and a fitness centre. There are extensive ovals, outdoor courts and play equipment.
