| Amount | Full remission of tuition fees. The Hone Scholarship comprises full remission of academic tuition fees and music tuition fees for one instrument. Students must sit the academic examination in February as well as attend an audition. Those short-listed will be contacted by the Director of Music with information about their audition.Auditionees will be expected to perform two contrasting pieces. Non-pianists are required to perform at least one piece with piano accompaniment. Candidates will also undertake sight reading and aural tests. Technical work may also be requested. |
