VCE results released
Schools and students across the state of Victoria are celebrating their achievements as the 2012 VCE results are released.
As well as being important markers of success for schools and students, these results also provide a good indicator of academic excellence to parents searching for a school for their child.
One way of determining the top-performing schools is to analyse each school according to the number of perfect study scores of 50 achieved by their students.
Among the top 20 schools for perfect study scores were both metropolitan and regional schools, as well as a broad mix of government, Catholic and independent schools.
