Adventist Schools Victoria
Adventist Schools Victoria Learning for Living; Character for Life
In a world of rapid social, cultural and educational change, it is important that students are provided with a learning environment that not only caters for their academic needs, but also develops purpose, meaning and a sense of security in their lives. With an established history of 150 years of education, the Adventist Schools network is committed to delivering a quality teaching and learning program, incorporating Christian values which are integrated into service-focused opportunities. To foster and maximise their learning potential, our schools believe that students need to feel that they are part of, and included in, the school community where biblical values of personal integrity and social responsibility are upheld.
Parents also play an integral part in the education of their children and are encouraged to participate in the learning community of the school. Our staff work in partnership with parents to ensure a positive learning experience from the Early Learning years, when the adventure of learning begins, through to the VCE, when a young person has become a responsible and independent learner. The facilities of our five school campuses are designed to ensure the delivery of a range of diverse educational programs, including extra-curricular activities. Our non-selective, coeducational schools welcome students from diverse social and cultural backgrounds.
