Special needs
For some parents, there can be a variety of other issues to consider when choosing a school beyond its curriculum, extracurricular options and tuition fees. This may mean choosing a school that caters to students with learning difficulties or a school with facilities in place for students with a disability. It may also mean looking into the options available for gifted or talented students, such as acceleration or extension programs. Some families may also want to explore distance education if they do not live close enough to a school, or homeschooling if they are interested in educating their child at home.
