Ballarat Clarendon College led all comers in the Grampians, with 30% of students achieving a study score over 40. This was not only the best in the region, but placed the school in the top 10 for Victoria overall.
Two government schools (Birchip P-12 School and Kaniva College) featured in the Grampians top five, while the remainder were from the independent sector. All-girls Loreto College was the only single-sex school on the list.
The Good Schools Guide has identified a top five ranking of schools according to the percentage of study scores over 40, characterised by region. The list also clarifies the school sector (government, independent or Catholic) and gender (all girls, all boys or co-educational).
